The National Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights held an awarding ceremony for the winners of the republican competition “Education and Innovations in Human Rights and Freedoms”.

The competition was organized on the National Center for Human Rights initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Agency for Youth Affairs, and the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.

The competition lasted from June 1 to November 1, 2024. 819 people attended it. The jury carefully reviewed the submitted applications and creative works. As a result, the winners of 4 nominations were determined.

This event was held within the framework of the “Ten Days of Human Rights”, announced on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the 76th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and December 10 – Human Rights Day.
